Poetry: Crawling Through Time

Poem by published and 5 yearly nominated World Champion Poet, whom also received numerous editor choice awards.

I am here on bended knee,
I crawl through what used to be pleasant memories.
I stand with the strength in my heart,
I have had faith, I've done my part.
My mind swirls with things that once was,
Everything that I am is locked away.
My mind has closed its doors to what can be,
Only you have that key.
Unlock my emotions,
Unlock my trust,
Unlock my heart.
For I'm crawling, with my head hung, through time.
